What ages do you serve?

We offer classes and events for children ages 6 months up to teens in our advanced tumbling and gymnastics. There's something for every stage of development! Start with parent & child from 6 months, preschool gymnastics from 2, and kids' gymnastics, ninja and tumbling from there.

What should my child wear to class?

Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothing, like leggings, shorts or a fitted t-shirt. Bare feet are best for safety and grip. Leotards are preferred for gymnastics and ballet classes.

How do I enroll in a class?

Give us a call at 423-260-6946 or send us a message through our website! We'll walk you through class options and get your registration and payment set up quickly over the phone.

What is your payment policy?

Tuition is billed monthly and is due at the start of each month. We keep things simple with auto-pay through the card you place on file.

Can I cancel my enrollment?

Yes. Just fill out our Drop Form and submit it at least 14 days before the 1st of the next month to avoid being charged. This helps us stay organized and keep class sizes appropriate.

Do you offer makeup classes?

We offer one makeup class per month, depending on availability. Just give us a heads up and we'll help find a time that works for you.

Do you host birthday parties?

Yes! Our birthday parties are private, high-energy, and packed with movement-based fun. You'll get full access to the gym, personalized activities led by our trained party staff, and a celebration space for cake and snacks. We take care of the setup, cleanup, and all the fun in between, so you can relax and enjoy the party. Policies

The Fine Print, in Plain English

Class Enrollment

  • Students enroll in a specific weekly class and remain enrolled until a Drop Form is submitted or the session ends.
  • Open enrollment: summer schedule enrollment begins in April; school-year schedule enrollment begins in June.
  • The 2026–2027 school-year session began August 10, 2026.
  • If a class is full, students will be added to the waitlist and contacted as space becomes available.
  • Tuition is split evenly over 10 months, regardless of how many classes occur each month. Only months with two or fewer weeks will be prorated.

General Information & Attire

  • Only students and staff are allowed in classrooms.
  • Arrive no more than 5 minutes early.
  • We are not responsible for children in the lobby.
  • Restrooms may only be used between classes.
  • Gymnastics: leotards (shorts optional)
  • Tumbling, cheer, dance prep: t-shirts or tanks and shorts
  • Dance: leotards and proper shoes (tights optional)
  • Aerials: leggings required
  • Hair: long hair must be tied back

Make-Up Class Policy

  • No refunds for missed classes.
  • One make-up per month is allowed and must be scheduled within the same month.
  • Make-ups must be scheduled at the front desk and are subject to availability.
  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed.

Drop Procedure

  • Notify us by the 15th if you plan to withdraw for the following month.
  • A Drop Form must be completed.
  • If no Drop Form is received, the payment method on file will be charged. No refunds.
