Active play that builds strong foundations. Our professionally trained instructors lead age-appropriate classes that challenge and excite every child, from first forward rolls to back handsprings.

How it works

One Weekly Class. A Whole Lot of Confidence.

Kids enroll in a specific weekly class and progress through real skills at their own pace: balance beam, bars, floor tumbling, obstacle courses and more, with creative weekly themes that keep them coming back. Classes are grouped by age and, as they advance, by skill level.

The gymnastics track

From Super Wild Things to Hot Shots

Our core gymnastics levels, youngest to oldest. Each one builds on the last.

Super Wild Things

Ages 2–3

Ready for their first big adventure? Super Wild Things is the next step for our young explorers, building on the skills they learned in Wild Things and preparing them for more independent play. Your child goes on a new adventure with their teachers and friends, developing active listening, sharing and turn-taking on their own, while we keep introducing new gymnastics skills.

Ready for a parent-free class? This is the one.

Gymsters

Ages 3–5

This is where the real fun begins. Gymsters builds confidence and strength as we introduce more technical skills on the balance beams, gymnastics bars and floor. Through creative weekly themes we capture their imaginations and guide them through exciting progressions: mastering forward rolls, starting on cartwheels and handstands, and learning the basics of beam and bar skills.

May be paired with beginner ballet in a combo class.

GymStars

Ages 4–6

Ready for the next challenge? GymStars is the perfect fit for the more advanced Gymster who's ready to level up. It bridges the gap between Gymsters and All-Stars with a faster pace, new progressions and more challenging skills that keep kids engaged, confident and ready for what's next.

All-Stars

Ages 5–7

Beginner and intermediate levels offered. All-Stars helps your child master skills on the balance beams, gymnastics bars and floor tumbling, from round-offs and handstand dismounts on the beam to pullovers on the bars, through a fun progression from beginner to intermediate. It's all about building confidence and helping them shine as a true All-Star.

May be paired with ballet in the combo class.

Hot Shots

Ages 7–11

Beginner and intermediate levels offered. Hot Shots is where aspiring gymnasts build confidence and master foundational skills with targeted drills and strength conditioning. They'll conquer bridge walkovers and kickovers, back handspring progressions, cartwheels on the beam and back hip circles on the bars.
